Jinzhou Petrochemical's marine fuel production hits a new record high

Since the beginning of this year, Jinzhou Petrochemical has focused on improving quality and efficiency in its core refining and petrochemical operations, deeply tapping into profit potential from its specialty marine fuel products, achieving outstanding results in production. In the first eight months, low-sulfur marine fuel oil output increased by 41.4% year-on-year, reaching a record high.
To maximize capacity for low-sulfur marine fuel, Jinzhou Petrochemical's technical team continuously refined blending formulas and precisely adjusted process parameters. Starting in May, daily marine fuel production steadily rose. To address blending quality risks, the Production Operations Department systematically carried out preparatory measures such as pipeline purging, process optimization, and operational calibration to eliminate quality hazards at the source. After multiple rounds of sample testing and parameter tuning, all key performance indicators of the new-process marine fuel met control requirements, successfully securing the quality threshold for large-scale, stable, and increased production. Relevant departments implemented meticulous, end-to-end process management, significantly enhancing production efficiency and ensuring consistent, reliable product quality across batches.
